How it works
What ACS has done to the miners, and what happens when you order.
Before you order
Each miner we list has already been through these steps at ACS.

- Inspected and run, with a hash report

Do not send payment before you talk to us.
Scammers impersonate real companies. ACS always schedules a video call with you before we ask for payment. If someone asks you to pay for ACS miners without that call, do not pay.
Your order
Ask
Tell us the quantity and where the miners go. Message us on Telegram or send the contact form. You do not need an account.
Quote
We quote the miners and the freight to your requirements. A quote does not hold stock.
Approve
We email you the quote. You approve it with one click, in our customer portal.
Sales order
We turn the quote into a sales order and an invoice. The sales order holds the exact serial numbers you are buying, with their photos, videos and hash reports, and the terms of the sale.
Confirm
You confirm the sales order and the shipping address with a button in the email. No signature is needed.
Pay
We schedule a video call with you before we ask for payment. Then you pay the invoice in full, by bank wire, Bitcoin, USDT or USDC.
Pull
We pull your order within 24 hours of payment. Then we do the final wrap and straps, and photograph each pallet. If your order has add-ons, we quote their timeline separately.
Book
We stage the load to the load plan, book the shipment, and send you the bill of lading. The carrier usually picks up within 1 to 2 days of the booking.
Load and track
You get photos of the loading and of the loaded truck. We add the tracking details to your order.
Talk to us
You do not need an account. Message us on Telegram, or send the form.
A person at ACS answers. @acs_tx_official is our only Telegram account.

How your order ships
Standard packing, at no added cost.

Add to your order
A unit sold with DOA protection carries the terms stated on its listing. If that unit does not power on or hash on delivery, ACS replaces it or credits it.
Hardware Protection Plan
Covers all the hardware: power supplies, hashboards, control boards and fans. Helm monitoring is included at no charge. If a covered unit fails, ACS swaps it, repairs it, or credits it toward a future purchase.
About the planExtended burn-in
The standard inspection runs each miner for 30 to 60 minutes. With extended burn-in we run your miners live for 24, 48 or 72 hours and send you the results by serial number.
OEM boxes
Each miner ships in its own OEM box with foam, in place of the standard pallet layers. A boxed pallet holds 24 miners.
New miner fans
We fit four new cooling fans to each miner before it ships.
Firmware flash
We flash each miner with the firmware you specify before it ships.
New thermal paste
We apply new thermal paste to the hashboards of each miner before it ships. Hardware Protection Plan cover for that miner is included.
ACS quotes each add-on with your order and writes it onto the Sales Order.
Every listing says what it is
Two labels on every listing tell you what you are buying and what happens if a unit arrives dead: its inventory type and its coverage.
Inventory type
- New
- Factory-sealed and never deployed. The manufacturer’s warranty, per its terms.
- Used
- Previously deployed, sold in current operating condition. As-is or with DOA protection.
- Refurbished
- Serviced, tested, and verified by technicians, with the coverage stated on the listing.
- For parts
- Not economical to return to service. Sold as-is for components, with known issues listed.
Coverage
- As-is
- No ACS coverage. All sales final.
- DOA protection
- A unit that will not power on or hash on delivery is replaced or credited.
- Manufacturer warranty
- New units only. The factory warranty, passed through.
Coverage differs by lot. The listing and the Sales Order set the window and scope. For longer cover, ask ACS to add the Hardware Protection Plan to your quote.

Consignment is the sixth stage of Mining-to-AI Conversion Services: inspection, consolidation, repair, refurbishment, storage, and consignment. ACS lists and sells the fleet, and you are paid on the agreed terms. Demand from buyers here sets the recovery value ACS can credit against the conversion.

Questions buyers ask first
Do I need an account?
No. Anyone can browse listings, and you need no account to ask for a quote: message us on Telegram at @acs_tx_official, or send the contact form. An account is optional. With one, you see each pallet, each serial number and its hashing data, and you can message ACS from the listing.
Who am I buying from?
ACS. Lots are ACS inventory or ACS-managed consignment, and the miners are in our warehouse in Carrollton, TX. You work the deal with ACS directly.
Is there a checkout?
No. Tell ACS the quantity and where the miners go. We email you a quote, and you approve it with one click. We turn it into a Sales Order that holds the exact serial numbers, and you confirm it with a button in the email. Nothing is reserved or sold until ACS issues that Sales Order and you confirm it.
How do I pay?
You pay the invoice in full, by bank wire, Bitcoin, USDT or USDC. We schedule a video call with you before we ask for payment. If someone asks you to pay for ACS miners without that call, do not pay.
Is the price negotiable?
Often, yes. Quantity, taking the whole lot, and coverage can all change the number. Ask ACS when you request your quote.
What coverage comes with a unit?
Each listing states its own: as-is, DOA protection, or the manufacturer’s warranty on new units. The listing and the Sales Order control the window and the scope. For longer cover, the Hardware Protection Plan is an optional add-on.
Can I see the miners before I buy?
Yes. Visit our facility in Carrollton, TX by appointment, or ask for a live video call and we walk you through the lot.
Do you sell to buyers outside the United States?
Yes. We move export orders from our dock in Carrollton to the Port of Houston, on heat-treated pallets.
Are units graded?
Every listing carries its inventory type and coverage. ACS inspection grades are being added to miner listings as units are graded, and you can ask ACS for the inspection details of any lot.
Does ACS appraise the equipment?
ACS reviews every deal before it issues a Sales Order. That review is not an independent appraisal of the equipment.
